I have a leak in my yard. Can you fix it?
It is important for us to inspect a leak in the yard to determine whether it is your home's plumbing such as a water main leak or from your yard's irrigation. If it is determined to be caused by your sprinkler system, we will advise you to seek assistance from a landscaping company.
How much do you charge for an estimate?
Estimates for any and all services are free. We will always provide you with multiple options and ensure that we can meet your needs and budgets.
Why is my toilet continuing to run after I flush it?
Although it could be any number of problems, the most common is a faulty flapper. With a free in-home estimate, we can assess the problem and give options for you to decide what best suits your needs.
I just bought a home and it seems to have low water pressure. Is this normal?
Although we like to see between 60 and 80 psi of pressure, many things can cause your pressure to be lower. Something as simple as a closed shut-off valve or faucet being blocked can cause your pressure to drop. A more serious issue could entail a water leak or blockage. We are happy to come to your home for free to determine the problem.
I'm a pretty handy person but need some advice. Is there a plumber I can speak with?

My water heater is leaking but it's in the middle of the night on a weekend. Will you charge extra?
The short answer is no. We do not charge more for services rendered after hours or on weekends and holidays, however, if a part is needed many supply houses charge a fee to open during these times and will be included in the cost. Often, we're able to provide a temporary fix in order to postpone the work until the parts can be purchased during normal business hours.
